Tasting Notes
"Fresh grain and hay lead on the nose, followed by vanilla pudding, milk chocolate, and baked lemon curd pie. The palate is somewhat thin and constrained, with toffee, cloves, fruit jam and macerated blackberries, ginger, and white pepper. On a short finish, find coffee grounds, custard, candied orange slices, and bitter greens. "
