Tasting Notes
"The nose starts off like a walk in the woods with a distinctive cedar bouquet, along with agave, floral and herbal notes. The sweet and vegetal palate brings more of that cedar wood, anise, and a touch of smoke. The long finish introduces a dry minerality similar to wet clay, along with floral, smoky and salty notes."
