Tasting Notes
"A highly aromatic mezcal: menthol, horse liniment, banana, dry earth, and wet stones, and, of course, smoke in the form of charred vegetables and timber. Brilliantly herbal flavors of sage, fresh-cut pine lumber, and peppermint, and just like on the nose flavors of grilled radicchio and smoked bitter greens with a long lingering flavor of roasted agave. Not too heavy in the mouth with the dry smoke leaving just a warm sweet heat. "
