Reviewed August 3, 2018 (edited August 4, 2018)Time in an opened bottle has done this whiskey some good. The aroma has distinctive grain notes, pleasing spice, and a good measure of caramel. The palate is dry but dosed with some sweet flavors like cream soda, vanilla, and charred sugars. The heat teeters on too much but instead gives the whiskey a healthy pulse.
