Michter's US*1 Kentucky Straight Rye

Vanilla on the nose. A little bit of nut with the spice. The spice stays with with you in the finish very nicely. It makes for a nice ending. Definitely one to try with food.

Pretty good. Rye flavor is very muted. Classic bourbon flavors of vanilla/caramel dominate. Pepper and grass on the nose, no pepper or spice in the taste. Muted rye hides beneath the vanilla. Very smooth and drinkable. Mellow rye dominates the finish

Its OK but won't be buying again. Distiller score and description states "Rich and Full Bodied" I'll have to totally disagree with that based on my bottle. Barrel # 18e615 Good for mixed drinks.

Favorite rye, grass, honeysuckle, long sweet finish
