Butterscotch with a side of butterscotch. Sweet on the initial taste, with the pepper and burn on the back end. A nice camping whiskey, served harshly along with a hint of bitter cold weather. No pressure to slow sip and disect, but the flavor is there is you want to.

Ethanol on the nose. A little caramel to taste

Smokey with oak notes and carmel undertones. Good nose and a good burn without being too overbearing. Definitely a good sipper.
