Michter's US*1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon

Nose of dark fruits and hints of vanilla. Maybe a touch of honey. Palette is very nice. Little burn but very drinkable. Great lasting aftertaste. Feels really good in the mouth

The US1 causes problems with the way individual eateries label their whiskey selection. I believe I really liked this one but the waiter was I’ll informed so I am trying this tonight after taking a chance and buying a bottle. So far quite enjoyable.
