Michter's US*1 Sour Mash Whiskey

Light Golden smell with a hint of baking vanilla. There is something else there I can't nail down. Clean dry finish with a ginger spiciness sweet and floral. Like sharp summer flowers. Maybe some magnolias

With just a few drops, cream flavor goes standard bourbon style.

ridiculously smooth- but you'd expect that from 86 proof

3.5 stars, a little spicy on the finish. Not as sweet as I thought it would be.
