This is a is a 46-year-old single pot still Irish whiskey distilled in 1973. It was initially filled in a selection of sherry and bourbon casks for over 20 years, then married and re-casked into refill bourbon casks for an indeterminate amount of years. The whiskey was re-casked again into newly arrived port pipes and once again laid down for an unspecified amount of time.
it spent its final years (2013 - 2020) in a refill bourbon cask. It is scheduled for release in May, 2021. .
