Míl Gin
Míl Gin is an Irish pot-distilled gin from Pearse Lyons Distillery featuring Mediterranean botanicals such as almond, basil, bergamot orange, gooseberry, olives, rosemary, thyme, and juniper.
Inspired by the Camino de Santiago imagery found in the distillery’s former church home, the gin bridges Iberian and Irish traditions.

It takes its name from Míl, the mythical Spanish warrior whose descendants were said to populate Ireland.
