Tasting Notes
"A moderately intense cherry chocolate note is found on the nose, but the agave scents are pretty neutral. You can pick up some herbal green notes, but you have to hunt for them. It's medium full on the palate with a fair amount of oily slickness which stays with you. Flavors are bittersweet with some white pepper and tangy lime notes. The warm, toasty French oak spices come through here with a dry, but not bone dry finish. Overall, would say the flavors lean more spice driven and not at all dessert sweet despite the initial notes on the nose. Not sip-worthy, but feel free to mix with it."
