This second volume of Unabridged: A Blend of Straight Bourbon Whiskeys features pot-distilled bourbon from Texas and column-distilled bourbon from Kentucky made with malted rye in both mash bill recipes. Tennessee bourbon was also included in the bottling. In total, 56 barrels were blended with the ages of the bourbons ranging from 2-16 years. It was bottled at cask strength of 117.6 proof (58.
