Reviewed March 9, 2021 (edited May 16, 2021)Nose: heavy corn scent, followed by caramel, vanilla, and a decent amount of barrel or rye scent. Light honey and cola tones. Overall dusty corn with caramel. Taste: Starts soft and then it’s a quick transition into a rye finish. Vanilla, caramel, but not a whole lot else. Doesn’t have enough rye to get typical rye flavors of chocolate or cola. Finish: pretty dry finish with a lot of barrel char influence Info: age is about 3.5 years. Char level 4 used. -
