"This is about as simple as corn whiskey gets. This product’s greatest strength is its neutrality and lack of harsh heat. As for flavor, there's some young corn on the nose that shows up on the palate and the minuscule finish, but otherwise, this would make an acceptable and pleasant vodka substitute for cocktails. Nothing more, nothing less. "
