Misty Isle Gin is made by the Isle of Skye Distillers in the town of Portree, the capital of Skye. Eleven botanicals are used with some of them disclosed including juniper (hand-foraged from Skye when available), orris root, licorice root, cubeb, coriander, grains of paradise, lemon peel, and cassia bark.
One top secret botanical is said to only come from the Isle of Skye. .
