Reviewed October 23, 2022Series 01, barrel #41 Nose: Caramel, some alcohol Palette: sweet, apple pie, creamy Finish: moderate, spice but sweetness continues Enjoyable bourbon. $75 may be a bit too much, but enjoyed it. Will have to blind it with some others. At 100 proof, it probably doesn't stand up to barrel proof options at $60-80, but will still be a good every day sipper until I finish the bottle.75.0 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed September 17, 2022Very light on the nose …. a bit of roasted peanut. Taste is very mild but just not a lot there. Very short finish. Nothing offensive but really nothing to get excited about especially for the price point. -

Reviewed April 9, 2022 (edited October 17, 2022)Nose- sugar and a hint of lemon Body- light bodied with sugar and lemon, has a hint of candy Finish- dry with a hint of brown sugar remaining Reminds me of many Heaven Hill products. -

Reviewed March 8, 2022 (edited April 6, 2022)Nose: molasses, rock candy, honey dew, marshmallow, cinnamon, coconut. Palate: sweet but a lot of nose characteristics don’t show. Mincemeat seasoning, pepper and cherry pie. Finish: extended finish with cherry and a pleasant burn. -
