This edition of Monkey 47's yearly Distiller's Cut release add a new botanical to the core 47 ingredient list.
Red mustard cress, sourced from Growing Underground in London, is added to the macerate before the second distillation.
This edition of Monkey 47's yearly Distiller's Cut release add a new botanical to the core 47 ingredient list. Red mustard cress, sourced from Growing Underground in London, is added to the macerate before the second distillation. The gin is then left to mature for three months in earthenware containers before being combined with local spring water and bottled at 47% ABV.
