Reviewed August 6, 2021 (edited August 8, 2021)Rating: 11/23 N: Lightly burnt grass, faint mildewed cardboard, very faint soy sauce, a bit of that sweet squash vegetal character. Broadly, it's a light sort of grassy floral character. P: Strong yet restrained if that makes any sense. There's a bit of a terry oiliness, yet it's clean. There's some nice viscosity from the alcohol. Some sweet floral flavor (jasmine) atop slightly smoky grass. I do taste the alcohol and get a bit of burn, but this is still fairly shippable. It's kind of fruity in a way that reminds me of plantation 3 star. I'd give this the win over that, but I'd still place it in the mixer range. F: The alcohol bitterness shows through a bit much here. The finish is not as good as the one on Plantation 3 Star. This is actually fairly disappointing. - Conclusion - It's pretty solid up until the finish. Then it slips. Because of that finish I'm looking at an 11 to 12 instead of a 13. Unfortunately, the more so have, the more the alcohol comes through, pushing this down into the 10 to 11 range. I'll let it have the 11.25.0 USD per Bottle
