Reviewed March 29, 20269th release. 8yr. 46.5% Distilled 2016. Raw almond dough, earthy apples, and grappa nose. Almond dough gives way to baked apples. Young oak, yellow pears, apricots, and barley. Vanilla finish with a growing warmth. Reminds me of the Litchfield Distilling signature.55.0 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed October 11, 2024Unfortunately the “New” American oak casks (instead of ex bourbon oak casks) seems to me to be overpowering the flavor with a very strong oak wood taste. Otherwise it seems to be a integrity malt. -
