Mount Gay XO Extra Old Rum

Very enjoyable as a sipper, will be getting it again.

A very dry finish, needs lots of ice to enjoy.

Oaky and dry rum I can see the raisin that was mentioned it is u inquest and flavourful but think I like non dry rum better at this point

On the nose Vanilla, caramel and oak. Almost smells like flat cola. In a good way. On the palate burnt sugar, bitter orange,leather and tobacco. And a nice warm bourbon finish. I think the fact that it’s rum throws you off of how complex it is.

Boozy, fruity, with a bit of an oily texture.
