Muchote Reposado Tequila

Using 10-12 year old blue weber agave organically-grown in the Los Altos region of Jalisco, the plants are first steamed in brick ovens before being fermented with champagne yeast. The tequila is then double-distilled in Alembic copper pot stills before maturing 7 months in used bourbon barrels.
