Single GrainDistilled from a grain or mixture of grains, usually corn, wheat, or barley from one distillery, if Scotch or Irish must be aged for at least three years in barrels.
Tasting Notes
"The nose provides sweet vanilla, cream, and grain notes along with some mint chocolate and citrus peel. The body is of average weight and the barrel spices feel a bit prickly on the gums. Oak is present and the flavors are pretty integrated. The finish is tangy and bittersweet focusing again more on the aforementioned vanilla and spice notes. Enjoyable neat, but could also serve on a giant rock. "
