Served neat. Distilled in my hometown, Hong Kong. Very clear and fragrance. Enjoyable when drinking neat. Very excited to mix it with tonic. Nosing: very floral and citrus. Chinese black tea (Pu’er). Strong presence of orange peel of course. Maybe due to one of the botanicals, dried tangerine peel. Juniper heck yeah. Chrysanthemum tea, all Hong Kong kids memory :) Some Chinese medicine underneath. Tasting: sweet, juniper-forwarded, pu’er tea again, and a Chinese medicine mix, which usually added as spices for soups and stews in Hong Kong. Finishing: warm and floral. Really stunning. Very comfortable and smooth even served as neat (Which I usually won’t enjoy that much!) A bottle full of Hong Kong elements. You must grab a bottle when you visit to HK/ see a bottle in your liquor store!!!
