Produced at Distillerie Neisson in Le Carbet on the northwestern slopes of Martinique, Neisson is a family-owned estate dating back to 1931. The distillery's sugarcane is grown in volcanic pumice soils from Mount Pelée with a sandy-clay texture.
After distillation, selected cuvées from the January to August campaign are rested in stainless steel tanks for a minimum of six weeks, during which they are stirred, aerated, and gradually reduced to the final proof. Bottled at 105 proof, it is also available at 100 proof.
