New Riff 4 Year Single Barrel Bourbon

Smooth and sweet for a four yr bourbon

Vanilla, candied orange peel, apricot

111.8 proof barrel 15-3637 Nose is sweet with a tad bit of floral but plenty of alcohol coming through. Front is a bit thin with a little Carmel and some heat. The back is spicy and hot but not as much burn going down and lingers despite it being thin up front.

Caramel, bit of a burn, but delish.
