New Riff 4 Year Single Barrel Bourbon

Starts out lightly spiced smoky and an alchohol vapor that’s sharp and biting. Actually had to add a couple drops of water and it opened up flavors of raisins and unsweetened tea.

Barrel no. 14-936. Really solid pick. Spice on both the sip and finish. Vanilla and oak, floral and fruity. No business being this good at just four years old.

Excellent. Rye profile on the finish
