Tasting Notes
"Out of the distillery exclusive series, the Peaty & Salty brings forward the renowned Yoichi character the most. The nose, with notes of sweet oak, vanilla, and sugary, creamy scones prepares one for a sweet experience. Then the palate shocks with deep smoke, earth, and spice. An oily, licorice sweetness joins in, as flower blossoms materialize in the background. A dry, spicy, floral finish ensues."
