This is a sourced Kentucky wheated bourbon distilled from a mash bill of 51% corn, 45% wheat, and 4% malted barley. It's proofed in Austin, Texas to 90 proof (45% ABV) using limestone-filtered water from the Texas Hill Country. The brand's name derives from the nine-banded armadillo, Texas's official state small mammal, as well as a shout out to the Armadillo World Headquarters, a beloved, but defunct music venue in Austin.
