Noah's Mill Bourbon

Better than rowan creek but don't care much for the rye or yeast used to me I'm getting a slight mildew smell/flavor. Which is wierd I love the Willett pot still. I may still pick up the rye they have to tell whether or not that what I dont like. It is very smooth though

Sweet on the palate with a cherry syrupy mouth feel. Finish is minty with slight pepper taste.

Nuts

Its a super dry bourbon. There's almost a fruit note to it. I do like it, but it definitely is different than most bourbons I've tried. *I revisited this a month or so after opening and it has turned super sweet with a strong nut/vanilla flavor to it. Its super good*

I found the astringent smoke profile a bit too harsh for my tastes.
