Noah's Mill Bourbon

Noah’s mill is a fairly unique profile in my opinion. Initially, the nose and the pallet is sweet, but quickly shows unique, musty, dusty qualities along with spice and cinnamon. Noah’s Mill set itself apart when compared to other quality bourbons with his overall complex flavor profile that has few comparisons.

Color: Copper Aroma: Leather, Nutty Taste: Hazelnut, Raisin,  Sweet Finish: Smooth

Eh mostly smells like rubbing alcohol to me, mostly baking spice, caramel, and oak. But not for me
