Decent nose, caramel and other fruits. A little spice on the backend. This could benefit from additional years in the barell.

Finished with 10 Oak staves. It is the FWGS Spring Edition for 2025. Stave Profile: 5 Baked American Pure 2 2 Makers Mark 46 2 Roasted French Mediant 1 Toasted French Spice This does have a nice sweet nose, good spice on that backend.

Very similar to regular Widow Jane. Not worth the premium

Nose of caramel. Hints of toffee, brown sugar and spice. It is quite hot, not as smooth as claimed. Good for Old Fashioned.
