Noah's Mill Bourbon

No loss for flavor here! A Little hot for me neat. Once I add a couple of drops of water it’s the top of my list. So much so that it’s on the “always have two bottles so I don’t run out” list.

Anise and vanilla on the nose initially, especially after the first taste. Little bit of rye as well to start and becomes more prominent with subsequent tastes. Palate is warm with spices like cinnamon. Good mouthfeel and lingering finish with some mint or menthol.

Smooth at first, nice flavor, with a alcohol burn on the finish

Too harsh.
