Noah's Mill Bourbon

My fave of the 3 we tried at Blue Smoke. Had a touch of sweetness at the end. Hear fades, not as in your face as the Stagg Jr. I'd enjoy this again.

High rye, but smoother than expected. A bit more heat than I'd like, but high proof so it makes sense. Wishing it would've been better. Tasted at the Willett distillery in March 2017.

Sweet cream, vanilla, and musty hay on the nose. Heavy mouthfeel, with sharp notes. It's woodsy and has a pepper kick. Most prominent, however, is the unmistakable taste of Chinese five-spice. Can't get past that... This is definitely different, not your standard bourbon. 4/5/17

Great tasting for high proof bourbon. Creamy, oily, not overly sweet, vanilla with a nice long taste.

Sweetness Big Apple notes. Chocolate, butter lovely finish. I'm think I'm becoming a Willett fan. Actually like this better than the Willett pot still
