Noah's Mill Bourbon

Spicy one. Nose has some leather, toffee, maybe some dark fruit, but pretty muted. Taste comes in smooth but with a lot of spice flavor, maybe cinnamon, caramel, but it’s oily and smooth as well. It’s interesting and a little smoky. Enjoyable and not too hot for the proof and spice.

도수가 57도로 높은데도 상당히 부드럽고 술술 넘어간다. 좋은 술인 것 같음. 아메리칸 오크 특유의 바닐라향이 느껴짐.

Very smooth and woody. Feels lower proof than it apparently is.

Smooth. Numb lips. Touch of a linger burn in chest. Not bad

As close as you can get to a purple top without spending a couple bills. Let em sit on the shelves, boys. I’ll take em all.
