Noah's Mill Bourbon

Sweet , rich flavor highlighted with vanilla and carmel. Slow noticeable burn at the end. Great drink!

Not really being a Bourbon fan, outside the usual Jack Daniels 'thing', I found this tough to drink neat ( nigh on impossible actually ! ). A deep, thick, growling drink with a strange nose. Quite a chemical tone. Somebody mentioned 'leather'...yes, I'd go with that. Maybe I need a little something in it next time ?
