A very enjoyable, smooth and rich dram. I picked out bananas and honey. Probably not right ! ☺

Creamy toffee. Smoother than a Barry White album !

One of, if not my very first bottle of malt whisky. Remember liking it to begin with...but my taste obviously moved on at some point, to the realisation that this isn't actually very nice. Rough around the edges as I now recall.

Light, dry with mild fruitiness. Very easy drinking. Extremely good value if you like a lighter whisky. Notes state there's a smokiness about it, but I'm buggered if I can find it !

Not really being a Bourbon fan, outside the usual Jack Daniels 'thing', I found this tough to drink neat ( nigh on impossible actually ! ). A deep, thick, growling drink with a strange nose. Quite a chemical tone. Somebody mentioned 'leather'...yes, I'd go with that. Maybe I need a little something in it next time ?

I recently discovered this gem during a whisky weekend getaway. It made me buy a bottle. A beautiful, fresh, zesty number, with enough about it to give that warm satisfaction a decent whisky should, and a decent smooth finish.

A very easy drinking, smokey dram. Lightly flavoured with a drying finish, making it difficult to put the cork back in. Enjoyable.

Decent enough. Won't pull any trees up around a tasting table, but if it's just you, this and a glass, you'll get along just fine.

Nice big, Highland tastes. Mild spiciness, with a smooth, syrupy, honeyed finish. Definitely worth further purchases.
