Noah's Mill Bourbon

Nutty all the way through. A dash of water removes the warmth but also all the flavor, at least on my tastebuds. Noah takes me back to Bookers.

Packs a wallop, but not as devastating neat as Bookers. Nose has holiday baking spices, albeit a little chemical-esque. Palate picks up orange peel, and perhaps a little leather. Finish fades into smoky cinnamon. Classic bourbon profile; slightly overpriced. PS- honest to goodness: I didn't read Morton's note before posting this.

Strong spicy delicious bourbon. Warms your body nicely. Smells great.
