They honor their home, the Foresta Atlântica, by reusing and repurposing all sugarcane byproducts, so that each bottle provides the world with a taste of the rainforest. Their special edition cachaça in Barrel #194 (made from ex-bourbon American oak) aged for 7 years and yielded 240 bottles in 2015.
