Novo Fogo is a zero-waste and distillery in southern Brazil that produces organically made cachaça. They honor their home, the Foresta Atlântica, by reusing and repurposing all sugarcane byproducts, so that each bottle provides the world with a taste of the rainforest. Their special edition cachaça in Barrel #194 (made from ex-bourbon American oak) aged for 7 years and yielded 240 bottles in 2015.
