Octomore 11.3 is one of four releases in the 11s series from Bruichaddich's super heavily-peated range. It is made from 100% Scottish-grown barley (Concerto barley) harvested in 2013 from Irene's Field on Octomore Farm. The barley was malted to 194 ppm and the single malt aged for 5 years in first-fill American whiskey casks from Jim Beam, Heaven Hill, Buffalo Trace, and Jack Daniel's.
It was bottled without added color or chill-filtration at 61.7% ABV. Available October 2020. .
