Tasting Notes
"Tart lemon curd, blackberries, and currants lead on the nose, along with waxy chocolate fudge, and peat smoke. The palate has a rich, sticky-sweet characteristic, with syrupy medjool dates and golden sultanas mixed with salted caramel, campfire, and dusty, ashy chimney. A short, sharp finish intertwines sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper with fresh peat bricks and incense."
