Tasting Notes
"Oxidized sherry wine shows first on the nose, followed by clover honey, trail mix, floral potpurri, toffee, and wisps of cherrywood and sandalwood smoke. The palate showcases leather, tannic oak, black pepper, soil, and caramel chews, as well as cedar, and sultry, BBQ-tinged smoke. The finish has phenolics in the form of asphalt, tar, and extinguished campfire, along with a sweet touch of date syrup, and more dried fruits."
