      Odessa V.S.O.P. has a clear, chestnut appearance, with uninformed alcohol legs. The aroma is of caramel, nougat, vanilla, grapes, and oak. The flavor is of those elements, with an underlying crème brulée note. The body is medium, and it finishes moderately long. RJT
