First introduced in 2021, Old Elk Cask Finish series returns in January 2023 with a trio of releases including the return of this Cognac Cask Finish Bourbon. Aged for a minimum of 5 years, the bourbon is made with the brand's signature high-malt mash bill of 51% corn, 34% malted barley and 15% rye. The bourbon is then finished in a cognac cask for 10 months.
Bottled at 109.7 proof, it's returning to shelves as of January 19, 2023 at select retailers nationwide. (SRP $99.
