"The nose is like a bowl of wheat flakes cereal that's been served with whiskey instead of milk — with aromas of toasted wheat, maple syrup, and sharp notes of clove, cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg. The whiskey has a medium weight and loads of spice upfront, with aromatics of sandalwood, oak, and cedar. There isn't much fruitiness, though wheat flakes flavors come into the midpalate with honeyed maple sweetness.
