Old Elk Straight Wheated Bourbon

I'm enjoying this. My first wheated. An easy sip

Vanilla and ethanol on the nose. Very spicy throughout and the wheat proves it deserves the 118.8 proof. Ice adds some smoothness. With ice this is palatable.
