Tasting Notes
"The nose is like a cherry cobbler (or crumble) if the filling was heavily doused in booze and spices and the topping included walnuts and caramel. More of the same flavors hit the palate, which is dense with walnutty richness and a subtle note of banana peel. The finish is sweet and spicy with a tickle of charred oak and heat on the back palate. "
