Old Forester 1920 Prohibition Style

Nose - butterscotch, vanilla, milk chocolate, nutty nougat, cherry cola, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, egg nog, sweet barrel notes, tobacco, light rye spice, banana, high ethanol burn. Taste - cherry cola, creamy vanilla, butterscotch, apple, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, milk chocolate, peanut toffee, banana, sweet oak, overripe banana, moderate to high alcohol bite, finishing long with lingering chocolate, caramel, banana, and sweet barrel flavors. This is one I’ve been wanting to try for a while, but finally got around to it. The hype is real. It’s extremely sweet, rich, and complex, without being overly spicy or cloying. Very good value for the money.

A LOT to work through on this neat pour! A little kick in the shorts from an ABV perspective, but with good flavor!
