Old Forester 1920 Prohibition Style

This is my new favorite Bourbon! It tastes like carmel, vanilla, maple, & melted sugar. It's super smooth which makes it go down easy & at 115 proof, that can make it a bit dangerous.

Aroma has light notes of vanilla and caramel. Not overpowering. Initial taste very muted but builds and builds. Starts with vanilla then gets a nutty taste that builds up to an almost peanut toffee finish. Then it gives a warmth that goes all the way to the belly. Very nice.
