Nose: sweet fruits, peppery, baking spices Mouth: vanilla, dried fruit, mid to long finish holds on leaving a slight dark chocolate covered cherry note - a vision of the pot my wife simmers on the stove came to me: oranges, apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, clove This is a staple for me and a go to when there are just too many options. Maybe not an introductory pour or gift, but something that will check a lot of people’s boxes if they have been around the block once or twice. 4.2 stars all day
