So, I love a 100 proof point bourbon, but this is a beast. Tried to tame it down with a single cube and it still kicks. I get a lot of wood as an aftertaste which I don't completely care for, but there are some redeeming qualities in terms of taste -- and especially price.
I'm thinking this is pretty young and initially think I would much prefer a HH6 to this.
I'm going to give it some time...but might be asking for requests on what I might be able to vat this with to reduce the wood and astringency.
